Rating : - beautiful bag, but....
I purchased the red bag and it is beautiful. I get compliments everywhere I go, but I fear it is not made very well. First, when I took it out of the bag the first time one of the metal tips on the drawstrings came off. I informed the company and they took it back and glue the metal tips on. If I were a perfectionist, I would have returned the bag because the glue job was very sloppy, but I was so anxious to carry my beautiful new bag. Now after carrying the bag for 2 or 3 weeks, the lining side seam has split and being satin (or satin) it frayed badly. I guess I could send it back again....but what a hassle.
