I originally ordered the Dell E198WFP, a few days later I received a message saying that the Widescreen monitor was out of stock and would the Standard screen monitor be OK. Unfortunately, my work requires more screen space, so I asked for a suitable alternative, or be advised when it would be back in stock. Not 30 minutes later I had a phone call from the customer service department, who asked if the 20" Dell E207WFP monitor would be ok. It definately was, especially for the same price as the 19". Thier customer service dept. was easily better than I've come to expect from most places. I just hope the monitor holds up to this (this'll have to wait till the monitor arrives, if it doesn't, that's Dell's problem.) + See Full Customer Review |  |
