I ordered a Bon-Aire BA121L air compressor and when I received it I found the case was broken. I E-Mailed Amazon and very quickly got an answer, I was to return the product with a return label that I was able to print out. I then was notified by Amazon that they had already shipped my replacement even though I was not able to return theirs for a couple days.I have been buying from Amazon for a long time but this is my first time to return something. It's a pleasure to deal with Amazon. I have just used the compressor one time and it worked great.
